Opening Hours are from 7am to 11pm.

We cannot return items outside of these hours.

The items will be returned the next day.

*Please note that an extension fee of 1,000 yen for regular size items and 2,000 yen for large size items  will be charged for each extra day. If 5 days have passed without any contact, we will dispose of the item.

Damage caused by our negligence will be compensated up to a maximum of 100,000 yen.

*We may check the condition of your luggage when we receive it and take a photo of it if necessary. Please note that we cannot provide compensation for theft, disasters, or other reasons that are not our fault.

Access to your item once it has been accepted is not possible.

Once the item has been returned, it cannot be accepted again without charge.​

Please pay at the ticket vending machine or in advance online.

*If an extension fee is incurred, you will be required to pay the additional fee when you pick up your luggage.

We do not offer any services such as delivery of luggage without collection. Please make sure to collect the luggage on delivery.

Items not covered by this service

The following items cannot be stored:

・Items whose total length, width and height is 2m or more

・Expensive items, Valuables

・Electronic Equipment (Computers, Digital Cameras, Tablets, Mobile Phones, etc.)

・Dangerous items

・Fragile items

・Animals

・Items that spoil easily or have a strong odor

・Items containing liquids in containers, such as drinking water or plastic bottles

​・Any other items that the staff determine may be difficult to handle
