Cancellation Fee
- No cancellation fee if cancelled up until 5:00pm on the day before
- Cancellation from 5pm on the day before use until 120 minutes before the reservation time will be subject to a 20% charge for the airport transfer fee.
- Cancellation within 120 minutes of the reservation time will be subject to 100% of the airport transfer fee.
*If we are unable to contact you upon arrival, your reservation may be canceled within approximately 30 minutes.
Please note:
- The rate listed is for one way, per vehicle. Toll road fees etc. will be charged separately.
- When using Naha Airport pick-up (airport → destination), if you are picked up at the arrival gate, a parking fee of 400 yen will be charged separately.
- This is a direct ride from one pick-up location to the airport. Please note that we cannot make any stops.
- There is no compensation for damage caused by traffic congestion, bad weather, natural disasters, etc.
How to use

Book online
For reservations made on days other than the day before or the day of your desired ride, your reservation will be confirmed when we send you a reservation completion email. Details such as vehicle information will be sent to you by email after we have finished arranging your reservation.

Meeting up at the airport
We will inform you again of the vehicle and driver information one hour before the reservation time. The driver will be waiting for you at the designated meeting place, so please meet them according to the driver information you recieve.

After getting in, please relax in the comfortable vehicle and leave everything to us!
Q&A
When do I need to make a reservation?
Private taxi/hire, sightseeing taxi, airport transfer:
Please make a reservation via the online reservation form by 5pm (Japan time) 4 days before use.
After submitting your reservation form, you will receive an automatic reply email. After that, the reservation will be confirmed once you receive a confirmation reply from MK.
*It may take up to two days for MK to send a confirmation email.
Meter taxi: Orders can also be placed on the same day. Please place your order by phone. Uber is also available.
*As there are a limited number of vehicles for both private & meter taxis, we recommend booking early.

Can I change or cancel my reservation? Is there a cancellation fee?
No cancellation fees apply for changes or cancellations up to 3 days before use. If you cancel after that, we will charge you 100% of the tour amount.

How much luggage can be carried?
The trunk can hold one or two large (90 liters) suitcases. If you have a lot of luggage, we recommend a wagon type (such as a Hi-ace) vehicle.

Can I pay by credit card?
Yes. Payment can be made by credit card.
The credit cards that can be used are VISA, AMEX, DC, UC, Mastercard, Diners, and JCB.
Is QR code payment possible?
Yes. Some QR code payments are possible.
The QR code payments available are PayPay, Rakuten Pay, dPay, LINE Pay, au Pay, Alipay (支付宝), WeChat Pay (微信支付), and J-Coin Pay.
Does the cost include parking and expressway fees?
Parking fees and tolls (if required) are not included. If you pass through toll roads, the customer will also be responsible for the toll fee.
