Fares & Vehicles

*1 Entrance fees, parking fees and toll fees (if necessary) are not included. Please note that we also require customers to pay for toll fees in case we need to use the toll road.
*2 The fares are only applicable if the place of pick-up and drop-off is within Kyoto City.
Remarks and cancellation policy
Reservation is not complete. We are going to contact you and let you know your reservation number.
Please make a reservation not later than 5pm (JST) at least 4 days prior to your appointed date in Japan time.
We can only accept reservations in case either the place of pick-up or drop-off is within Kyoto City.
Deposit in advance is not required.
We CANNOT ACCEPT reservations starting within 3 days from today. Please understand.
Cancellation policy: No fee will be charged for cancellation up to 3 days before the date of tour. If cancelled later, 100% of the fee will be charged.

How to use

  1. Book online

    For reservations made on days other than the day before or the day of your desired ride, your reservation will be confirmed when we send you a reservation completion email. Details such as vehicle information will be sent to you by email after we have finished arranging your reservation.

  2. Meeting up at the airport

    How to use Flow2

    We will inform you again of the vehicle and driver information one hour before the reservation time. The driver will be waiting for you at the designated meeting place, so please meet them according to the driver information you recieve.

  3. Departure

    After getting in, please relax in the comfortable vehicle and leave everything to us!

Q&A

When do I need to make a reservation?

Private taxi/hire, sightseeing taxi, airport transfer:
Please make a reservation via the online reservation form by 5pm (Japan time) 4 days before use.
After submitting your reservation form, you will receive an automatic reply email. After that, the reservation will be confirmed once you receive a confirmation reply from MK.
*It may take up to two days for MK to send a confirmation email.

Meter taxi: Orders can also be placed on the same day. Please place your order by phone. Uber is also available.

*As there are a limited number of vehicles for both private & meter taxis, we recommend booking early.

Can I change or cancel my reservation? Is there a cancellation fee?

No cancellation fees apply for changes or cancellations up to 3 days before use. If you cancel after that, we will charge you 100% of the tour amount.

How much luggage can be carried?

The trunk can hold one or two large (90 liters) suitcases. If you have a lot of luggage, we recommend a wagon type (such as a Hi-ace) vehicle.

Can I pay by credit card?

Yes. Payment can be made by credit card.
The credit cards that can be used are VISA, AMEX, DC, UC, Mastercard, Diners, and JCB.

Is QR code payment possible?

Yes. Some QR code payments are possible.
The QR code payments available are PayPay, Rakuten Pay, dPay, LINE Pay, au Pay, Alipay (支付宝), WeChat Pay (微信支付), and J-Coin Pay.

Does the cost include parking and expressway fees?

Parking fees and tolls (if required) are not included. If you pass through toll roads, the customer will also be responsible for the toll fee.
